At Solarity Labs, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priority. That’s why all Solarity Labs devices come with a 2-Year Limited Warranty.

Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This includes issues such as:

  • Malfunctioning LEDs or panels

  • Defective power supplies or cords

  • Faulty internal components

What’s Not Covered:
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Exposure to water or other liquids

  • Modifications or repairs not performed by Solarity Labs or authorized service providers

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or scratches

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@solaritylabs.com with your order number and a description of the issue. You can also reach out via our online chat.

  2. Provide photos or videos if possible to help us assess the problem.

  3. Our team will guide you through troubleshooting, repair, or replacement options.

Replacement or Repair:
If your product is found to be defective and covered under this warranty, Solarity Labs will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the device

  • Replace the device with the same or equivalent model

Additional Notes:

  • Shipping costs for warranty claims may be covered by Solarity Labs on a case-by-case basis.

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or country.
