Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Prepare Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  3. Ship the Item: Use the provided return shipping label to ship your item back to our warehouse.

  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Return shipping cost is free to the customer
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Solarity Labs error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a replacement or exchange, please contact us at support@solaritylabs.com  to discuss availability. Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day return window and eligibility criteria as returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 3-5 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover all associated costs for eligible returns. A replacement or refund will be issued promptly upon inspection.
